DIBNet

DIBNet is the DoD's web portal where defense contractors report cyber incidents as required by DFARS 252.204-7012. The portal is managed by DC3 (DoD Cyber Crime Center) and provides a structured process for submitting incident reports, uploading evidence, and communicating with the DoD about cyber incidents affecting CUI.

Access to DIBNet requires a DoD-approved medium assurance certificate. Contractors should establish DIBNet access before they need it — waiting until an incident occurs to set up access wastes precious time from your 72-hour reporting window.
