Prohibit the remote activation of collaborative computing devices and applications with the following exceptions: all systems in CUI environments including video conferencing endpoints, webcams, microphones, smartboard systems, and screen sharing toolsCMMC/STIG. Provide an explicit indication of use to users physically present at the devices.
